Eligibility
- In order to return an item(s), you must obtain a “Return Authorization Approval”; any item(s) sent back without a RMA will not be accepted.
- The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Returns must be received within 30 days after authorization, or the RMA will be canceled.
- The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, in saleable condition and in the original packaging, if applicable.
- The purchaser may be responsible for shipping charges or restocking fees.
Initiating a Return
- Contact us via phone, email or website and provide your information including order number.
- Wait for our response, which is usually one to two business days, and we will discuss your return with you.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on pipe, adhesives, flanged valves, modified/fabricated products or other special-order items. If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us via phone, email or website before placing your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund to the credit card associated with the original purchase. If a non-credit card payment method was used, we will communicate with you and provide refund options. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
