This website is operated by Alsco Industrial. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alsco Industrial. Alsco Industrial offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped using common carriers and/or freight carriers. At checkout, you will be provided with all available shipping options for the products you are purchasing.

Parcel Shipping

For parcel shipments, we offer a number of shipping options from FedEx, UPS and USPS. These carriers have size and weight restrictions, so some products are too large or heavy for parcel shipping. 

LTL Freight Shipping

For products that exceed the size and weight limits of parcel carriers, we offer LTL freight carrier shipping. The base rate for LTL freight shipments is $200, but often it is higher depending on the specifics of the shipment. After submitting your order, a member of our team will contact you and request additional information so that we can calculate the exact shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the $200 base rate, we will send you an invoice for the balance and the order will be shipped once the balance is paid.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $250 or more. To qualify, all individual products must be less than 48 inches in length and weigh less than 85 pounds. If you have products in your order that don't qualify, you will be offered discounted shipping options at checkout.

While we make every effort to maintain up to date, accurate sales and product information on the website, there are occasional errors. If there is an error on the site, the order processing system, the shipping estimate system, the payment collection system or any other issue, we reserve the right to contact you and make an effort to correct the order. By placing your order, you understand that our team will review your order and contact you if there are any questions or changes necessary. You understand that you have the right to cancel your order for any reason prior to the order being processed. Once orders are processed, we reserve the right to refund orders on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, you should contact us by phone, email or website prior to placing your order.
