The idea of the reinforced female adapter is great. Quite often theading into female thread causes it to split.

Very disappointed with this valve threw the first one away and tries another and it leaks just as bad very weak camlock not satisfactory for banjo!

This is the way customer service used to be!! I live in Florida but I found a place in Georgia that I thought might be able to help me. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and was hoping to talk to someone who could walk me through finding a replacement for a plastic piece that I had lost off my siphoning system for my lawn sprinklers. It was a very unique piece, so I was expecting I would have trouble describing it. A very nice lady, April, answered the phone and after just a few words, she knew I had to get in touch with someone in the warehouse/sales. She sent me back to Jonah L. He was incredible! He spent plenty of time with me so he could understand what I needed, he let me send pictures to him of the piece I would have to replace and through some trial and error, we finally thought we had it! That wasn't enough for Jonah. He insisted that he run to the warehouse, find one of the items and take measurements of it so we would be absolutely sure it would work for me. A few minutes later he got back with me and assured me that was the piece I needed. Amazing customer service!! April and Jonah gave me the kind of customer service I needed--talking to real people--and all of that was for a part that was $1.54!!!! Please let them know how grateful I am and give them the recognition they deserve from their coworkers and management.
