In-Line Magnetic Flow Meters
For most harsh chemical applications, an in line magnetic flow meter is the safer bet over traditional mechanical designs. Because it measures flow electromagnetically rather than with an impeller or paddle wheel, there's nothing inside the pipe for the chemical to wear away — which is exactly the kind of failure point that takes down standard meters in acid or caustic service.

One caveat worth noting: it requires a conductive liquid to take an accurate reading, so confirm compatibility with your specific chemical before specifying one.
Full Port Magnetic Flow Meters
A full port magnetic flow meter takes the same magnetic technology a step further. Since the meter's bore matches your pipe's actual diameter, there's no narrowing for solids or viscous chemicals to catch on, and no added pressure drop. That matters in plating lines, wastewater systems, and chemical processing runs where consistent, unrestricted flow is the whole point.

Banjo Manifold Flow Meters
On the mechanical side of dosing and transfer setups, Banjo fills a different gap. Banjo builds polypropylene valves, fittings, dry disconnect couplings, and manifold components for liquid handling — and a Banjo manifold flow meter configuration is a practical way to combine that hardware with flow sensing in a compact dosing station.
